Planning Phase

Analysis of preliminary, approval, and construction planning from an occupational safety perspective and with regard to hazards
Consulting on the inclusion of safety-related content in planning and bidding documents
Proposal of solutions for hazard reduction and the use of safety equipment
Development of a safety and health protection plan (SiGe Plan)
Preparation of the advance notice to the competent state occupational safety authority
Preparation of a working document for future maintenance and servicing work
Preparation of the construction site regulations

Implementation Phase

Participation in and facilitation of construction meetings and LCM meetings
Updating the safety and health plan as construction progresses
Organization and conduct of regular safety inspections
Preparation and documentation of safety and health meeting minutes

Verifying the correction of safety-related defects on the construction site
Preparing documentation for future work
Issuing work permits for work requiring authorization
